When the call is connected, there are many packets are sent from caller to callee and vice versa. This section allows the user to search SIP Packet by some parameters.

Sip Packet

Query Form

Click on Tools → SIP Packet → Sip Packet tab with Query Form will be appeared as below:

SIP Package Query Form

Field NameDescription
TimePeriod time to query data. You can select the default period time by selecting from the drop-down list. You can also config your owner period time by providing the start date and end date.
ActionOn the right of time field to select the action after search: Display on Web, Export Excel CSV, Email when done or Export from Storage.
Inbound

It helps to query inbound calls go into the system.

CarriersCaller incall.
IngressThe name of Ingress Trunk which the inbound call go through.
ANIThe number of the caller.
DNISThe number of callee.
DurationDuration time of call.
Outbound

It helps to query outbound calls go out from the system.

CarriersCallee incall.
EgressThe name ofEngressTrunk which the outbound call go through.
ANIThenumberofcaller.
DNISThenumberofcallee.

Result Form

Filling out all parameters and click the Search button, the result will appear on Result Form:
