This page allows user to search data by Rule Name. Input the name of rule in textbox then click on the Query button, the result will be displayed.
Adding New Rule
To add new Rule, click on Create New button. There are 4 step to add new Rule.
Step1: Define Monitoring Scope
This step defines the scope that the rule will monitor.

Scope | Scope defines the type of traffic that should be under monitoring |

Step2: Define Condition
This step is used to define the condition to check the call. It the condition is matched, the action will be triggered.

Field Name | Description |

Monitoring Data By | Select subjects to monitoring data by: Trunk, ANI, DNIS, Destination, Country and Code |
ACD | Condition about ACD (Average Call Duration). It equals the total call time divided by the total number of calls |
ASR | Condition about ASR (Answer-Seizure Ratio). It is the percentage of answered telephone calls with respect to the total call volume. |
PDD | Condition about PDD (Post Dial Delay). |
SDP | Short Call Percentage = percentage of calls that is 6 seconds or less |
Profitability | Condition about Profitability. |
Revenue | Condition about Revenue. |
Min Call Attempt | The Minimum Attempt Call |

Step3: Define Frequency and Sample Size
This step is used to define the schedule to execute the rule.

Step4: Define Action
Final step is define action when condition is met.

Field Name | Description |

Active | Status of rule. Active if checked and Inactive if Unchecked. |
Block | Select action when condition is met: Block if checked and Don't Block if Unchecked. |
Enable Auto Unblock | Enable Auto Unblock mode.

Unblock After (mins) | Auto Unblock after specific minutes. |
Send email | If checked, notification email will be sent and vice versa. |
Send to | Reciever Address. |
From email | Sender email address. |
Subject | Subject of notification email. |
Content | Content of notification email. |
Finally, Click Finish button to completely create new rule.
Alert Rule Log
This tab is used to record all log when Rule is executed. Click on Alert Rule Log tab, new interface will be appeared:
