GMT | Select Time Zone to query. |
Report By | Select the mode to display the result: All Time, By Day or By Hours. |
Export To | Select the way to export the result: WEB: Display the result on Web Browser. CSV: Export the result to CSV file. XLS: Export the result to XLS file. |
DID | Input DID number to query. |
Client Report Result Form
Filling in all required field then click on Query button, the result will be displayed as below:

Column Name | Description |

DID Client | The DID numberwhichmakethecall to the DID we are query |
DID | The DID we input in textbox to query |
ASR | Answer-Seizure Ratio. It is count by total Answer Call per total Call. |
ACD | Average Call Duration. It is count by total Duration Time per total Call |
Call Attempt | Total Call Attempt. The call-attempt count includes all completed, overflowed, abandoned, and lost calls. |
Connected | Total Connected Call. |
Duration | Total Duration TIme of Total Connected Call. |
Setup Fee | Fee for Setup. |
Usage Charge | The Usage Charge for calls. |
Fixed Fee | Fixed Fee for Call. |
Vendor Report
Click on Vendor Report tab, the GUI will be displayed as below:

This tab is similar to the Client Report but the system query by Vendor instead of Client. The display result is the Vendor who received the call.
