Time | Period time to query. All calls within this period will appear. You can select the default period time such as yesterday, last week. Or you can config the period time by select custom and provide the start date and the end date. |

Web | On the right of time field to select the action after search: Display on Web, Export Excel CSV, Email when done or Export from Storage. |
| DID vendor | Query log based on DID number of the vendor. Click the icon next to dropdown list to get the latest list of DID Vendor. |
| DID client | Query log based on DID number of the client. Click the icon next to dropdown list to get the latest list of DID Client. |
| DID | If you know only DID number and you are unsure that it belongs to the vendor or client, you can put the DID number to this field and query. |
The Less Option button is used to show/hide some field to query data such as DID Vendor, DID Client, DID and Field. If these fields are hidden, it will query all DID numbers and show all fields.
DID Call Log List
Filling in the criteria, click on Query button then the result will appear as below:

| Time | The date time when the call happended. |
| ANI | The number of the Caller. |
| Origination IP | IP from Caller. |
| DNIS | The number of the Callee. |
| Duration | Duration Time of Call. |
| Buy Rate | Rate for buy services. |
| Buy Cost | Cost to buy services. |
| Sell Cost | Cost to sell services. |
Export Log
This tab is used to show all the export history of DID Call Log. The DID Call Log is export when we select the action to query is CSV, Excel instead of Web.
Click on the Export Log tab, the query form will appear as below:

This form allows the user to query data by period time to export log.
Filling in criteria then click on the Query button, the result form will be displayed as below:

Job ID | The ID of the export request. |
| Triggered Start Time | The start time of period time in the query to query export log. |
| Triggered End Time | The end time of period time in the query to query export log. |
Start Date | The start date of period time in the query to query log data. |
End Date | The end date of period time in the query to query log data. |
| Status | Status of export job. |
| Process | The process of the export job. |
| Create On | The date/time when the log was queried and exported. |
| Create By | The name of the account who query and export log. |
| Action | Action performs on the log. In this case, there is only action is download. Click on this icon to download log. |
