This section is used to check the Internal Routing and Rating Configuration Test, It is used to check the route behavior while passing from First Route to Second Route. You can check multiple routing whether it will pass the calls or not. Basically it helps in Routing.
To go to this section, Click on Tools -> Call Simulation
It consist of 2 section, i.e.
Termination
DID
First we will see,
Termination Call Simulation
It is used to check call simulation of Termination Section.

Field Name | Description |
Server | Select the Switch Server |
Ingress Trunk | The Ingress Trunk associated with the Customer Account |
Host | The IP Address of the Customer |
ANI | The Number of the Receiver |
DNIS | The Number of the Caller |
Fill out all the fields and click on Submit button.
Call Simulation of Termination shown below.

We have simulated a call and as you can see Release Cause: Normal means that the Routing is correct and calls flow correctly.
DID Call Simulation
It is used to check call simulation of DID Section.

Field Name | Description |
Server | Select the Switch Server |
DID Vendor Name | Select the DID Vendor you want to simulate call |
ANI | Enter the Receiver’s Number |
DNIS | Enter the DID Number |
Fill out all the fields and click on Submit button.
