Active Calls section provides you with easy and convenient active calls monitoring tool. Upon access you will see the full list of active calls that are currently being processed by your switch.

Active Call Report Query Form

Click on Statistics → Activate Call Report → Main window of this section will be appeared by some parameters to query

Field NameDescription
Active Call ServerServer of the active call.
Inbound - CarrierThe caller of call.
Inbound - IngressThe name of Ingress Trunk which the inbound call go through.
Inbound - IPIP of the caller.
Inbound - ANIThe number of callers.
Outbound - CarrierThe name of the callee.
Outbound - EgressThe name of Egress Trunk which the outbound call go through.
Outbound - IPIP of the callee
Outbound - DNISThe number of the callee.
Show FieldsThe fields will be shown in the report.

Filling out all parameters, click on Query button then the result will be appeared.

Start TimeThe date-time when the call started.
Ingress CarrierCarrier from Ingress.
Orig - ANIThe Caller ID from Ingress.
Orig - DNISCalling Number from the ingress.
Orig - IPThe IP of the caller in inbound call.
Egress CarrierThe name of the callee in outbound call.
Temp - ANICaller ID the swtich sends to the egress.
Temp - DNISCalling Number the switch is calling to the egress.
Temp - IPThe IP of the caller in outbound call.
Routing PlanThe routing plan is used in the call.
