Sometimes the user forgot their password and need to reset it.

The user will send a request to the system that they forget the password, the system will send email to the user with new password and allow the user to modify their password.

This section displays all the Retrieve Password event of the system.

Retrieve Password Log Query Form

Click on Log → Retrieve Password Log → This form will be displayed as below:

Field NameDescription
Period Time

Select the period time when the Password Changing event happened. It can be

  • Custom:User have to select the From Time to To Time
  • Today
  • Current Week
  • Current Month
Status

The status of Operation. It can be:

  • Modify failure: The password is modified failed.
  • Email has been sent: The reset password email is sent to the user successfully.
  • Modify successfully: The password is modified successfully.

Filling in criteria, click the Query button then the result form will be displayed as below:

Column NameDescription
Operation Time

The date-time when the operation was happened.

Username

The username who requested to retrieve the password.

Email AddressThe email address which will be received the link to change the password.
StatusThe status of the operation.
Modify TimeThe date-time when the password modification event happened.
ButtonDescription

Is used to set the total of records per a page.

Is used to select the column which will be shown/hidden.

Is used to go to next, previous page. It is also used to go to the specific page by clicking on the number of page.
