This section show the comission history of the Agent.

There are two forms in this section: Query Form and Result Form.

Commission History Query Form

This form allows the user query data as below:

On this page:

Field NameDescription
AgentQuery by the Agent Name by select the Agent form the drop-down list.
ClientQuery the the Client Name who assigned to the Agent.

Filling in the criteria then click on the Query button, the result will display as below:

Agent NameThe name of Agent.
Carrier Name The name of Client who assigned to the Agent.
PeriodThe period time in commission history.
CommissionCommission of the Agent.
ButtonDescription

Is used to show/hide the query form.

Is used to download the list of Agent Histories by two types of file: CSV and XLS.

Is used to refresh to get latest the list of Agent Histories.

Is used to set the total of records per a page.

Is used to select the column which will be shown/hidden.

Is used to go to next, previous page. It is also used to go to the specific page by clicking on the number of page.
