Page History

This section show the comission history of the Agent.

There are two forms in this section: Query Form and Result Form.

Commission History Query Form

This form allows the user query data as below:

Image Added

Field Name	Description
Agent	Query by the Agent Name by select the Agent form the drop-down list.
Client	Query the the Client Name who assigned to the Agent.

Filling in the criteria then click on the Query button, the result will display as below:

Field Name	Description
Agent Name	The name of Agent.
Carrier Name	The name of Client who assigned to the Agent.
Period	The period time in commission history.
Commission	Commission of the Agent.

Button	Description
Image Added	Is used to show/hide the query form.
Image Added	Is used to download the list of Agent Histories by two types of file: CSV and XLS.
Image Added	Is used to refresh to get latest the list of Agent Histories.
Image Added	Is used to set the total of records per a page.
Image Added	Is used to select the column which will be shown/hidden.
Image Added	Is used to go to next, previous page. It is also used to go to the specific page by clicking on the number of page.
