Invoice Time |
The period invoice was generated. It can be:- Custom
- Today
- Current Week
- Current Month
transaction happened. If you select the default period such as current year, this week, the Date(From) and Date(To) will be filled in. But when you select Custom, you have to fill in Date(From) and Date(To). |
Filling in the query form, click on Query button then the result will appear as below:

Manual Invoice is invoice which created manually instead of generating automatically.
The interface, the function of this section similar to Auto Invoice.

Adding Manual Invoice
To add new Manual Invoice, Click on the Create New button, there is a new line in the list as below:

Column | Description |

Invoice Number | The number of the invoice. It will be generated after we save invoice. |
Invoice Start | The start time of the billing period. |
Invoice End | The end time of the billing period. |
Client Name | The name of the client who received the invoice. |
Invoice Amount | The total amount on the invoice. |
Create Type | Type to create invoice. - Received(in-sell): It is the type of invoice that vendor sent to the user.
- Send(out-buy): It is the type ofinvoice that the user send to client.
