Report
This tab allows user to query all call information by some parameters.
Click on Report tab, the new form will be appeared as below:

| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Report Type | Select Type of Report |
| Start Date/Time | Start Date/Time of query period. |
| End Date/Time | End Date/Time of query period. |
| Time Zone | Time zone is used to query. |
| Country | Country related to the calls. |
| Destination | Destination of calls. |
| Orig Filter | Select Origination of Calls. |
| Term Filter | Select Termination of Calls. |
Filling out all parameters, click on Submit button, the result will be appeared.
Charts
This tab allow user to query all call information by some parameters and display them by charts.
Click on Charts tab, the new form will be appeared as below:

Qos Report
This tab is used to display Quality of Services of system.

You can query data by selecting switch server from dropdown list.
You can also select time to refresh. After this time, Report will be refresh to get lastest data.
Ingress Clients Qos
This tab is used to display Quality of Services on Ingress Clients.

You can query data by input keysearch into Resource Name textbox and click on Query button.
You can also select time to refresh. After this time, Report will be refresh to get lastest data.
Egress Clients Qos
This tab is used to display Quality of Services on Egress Clients.
