Inbound/Outbound Report Query Form

This form includes many parameters allows the user to query data.

Click on Statistic → Inbound/Outbound Report -> The form will appear as a part of the window.

On this page:

Field NameDescription
TimeTimeof Call. You can select the default period by selecting from the dropdown list. You can also set your own period time by selecting custom and provide the start time and end time.
GMTThe time zone will apply to the period time
By HoursSelect the type to group data.
WebOn the right of time field to select action after searching: Display on Web, Export Excel CSV, Email when done or Export from Storage.
Inbound

CarriersCaller incall.
IngressIngress trunk used incall.
Tech PrefixTech Prefix of call.
CountryCountry where caller makes call.
Code NameCode Name incall.
Rate TableRate Table is used incall.
Routing Plan Routing Plan is used incall.
Outbound

It helps to query outbound calls go outside from system.

CarriersCallee incall.
EgressEgress used incall.
CountryDestination of call.
Code Name Code Name of outbound call.
Group BySelect parameters to group by in report.

Filling out all parameters, click on Query button then the result will be appeared onform.
