In Rate Table section, there is Mass Edit funtion allow user to edit multiple Rate at once. 

The Rate Mass Edit Log section is used to display all the Rate Mass Edit events in the system.

Rate Mass Edit Log Query Form

Click on Log → Rate Mass Edit Log → The Query Form will be displayed as below:

Field NameDescription
Period Time

Select the period time when the Mass Edit event happened. It can be

  • Custom: User has to select the From Time to To Time
  • Today
  • Current Week
  • Current Month
Action Type

The type of Action. It includes:

  • Delete found rates
  • Insert as new rates
  • Update current rates
  • Update all rates

Filling criteria then click on the Query button, the result form will be displayed as below:

Edited On

The date-time when the mass edit event happened.

Edited By

The person who did mass edit.

Rate TableThe rate table which has rates are mass edited
Mass TypeThe mass edit type.
Action Rate RowsTotal of rate rows are taken effect after mass editing.
ActionAction perform on the log.
ButtonDescription

Is used to download the edited rate list.

Is used to set the total of records per a page.

Is used to select the column which will be shown/hidden.

Is used to go to next, previous page. It is also used to go to the specific page by clicking on the number of page.
