This section is used to manage all the users and agent in the system.

There are two types of user: Carrier User and System User.

System User is the user can login to the system and manage one or many carriers.

Carrier User is the user can login to the system and is assigned to the specific carrier.

System Users

Go to Configuration → User → The main window will be displayed as below:

On this page:

System Users

Column NameDescription
User NameThe username which used to login to the system.
Last Login TimeThe last time when the user login to the system..
Last SeenThe last time when the user is seen.
ActionThe action performed on the system user.

In this part, we only focus on some columns above. The other columns will be described in the next part.

ButtonDescription

Is used to activate/deactivate the system user.

Is used to reset the password for the system user.

Is used to edit the system user.

Is used to delete the system user.

Is used to download the list of system users by two types of file: CSV and XLS.

Is used to refresh to get latest the list of system user.

Is used to select the field which the search function will query on.

Is used to input the keyword to query.

Is used to set the total of records per a page.

Is used to select the column which will be shown/hidden.

Is used to go to next, previous page. It is also used to go to the specific page by clicking on the number of page.

Is used to delete all the system users.

Is used to activate all the system users.

Is used to deactivate all the system users.

Adding System User

Click on the Create New button, it will redirect the admin to other window and allow the user to add the new System User.

Field NameDescription
UserNameThe username is used to login to the system.
PasswordThe password is used to login to the system.
Confirm PasswordThe password confirmation.
First NameThe first name of the user.
Last NameThe last name of the user.
EmailThe email of the user.
Role

Select the role of the user. The role is configured in ConfigurationRole.

Refer Role page for further information.

Landing PageSet the page which user will see after logging in.
User Role Setting

Set the role for the user:

Enable Reporting Grouping: Enable report grouping function.

Enable Outbound Report: Enable to see outbound report.

Allow Termination Tab: Allows to access to the Termination tab.

Active: Set status for this user.

Allowed ips: Only IPs in this list can access the system. User can't login to the system with the IP don't belong to this list. Leaving this field blank if allow all IPs to access.

Enable All Carrier Access: Select the list of carriers that user can control.

Filling in all required field then click on the Submit button to save.

Carrier Users

Click on Carrier Users tab, the list of users will be displayed as below:

Adding Carrire Users

To add new Carrier Users, from Carrier Users window, click on the Create New button:

Field NameDescription
UserNameThe username is used to login to the system.
PasswordThe password is used to login to the system.
Confirm PasswordThe password confirmation.
Full NameThe full name of the user.
EmailThe email of the user.
CarrierSelect the carrier who assiged for this user
Status

Status of the user. Checked is activate and Unchecked is deactivate.

PermissionSet the page which user can access.

Filling in all required field then click on the Submit button to save.

Online Users

This tab is manage all the users is online. This user maybe system users, carrier users or the agent.

Click on Online Users tab, the list will be displayed as below:

On this tab, admin can delete, activate/deactivate or reset password for each user.

Non-Activate Users

This tab is used to manage all the users who has status is deactivated and hasn't logged to system yet.

Agent

Agent List

This tab is used to manage all agents in system. Click on Agent tab, the main window will be displayed as below:

Field NameDescription
Agent NameName of the agent.
Referral KeyClick on this column, it will be redirected to sign up page.
Update OnThe last date/time when the agent is updated.
Update ByThe last person who update the agent.
ActionThe action performed on the agent record.

Agent NameThe name of the agent.
StatusThe status of the agent. True for activate and False for deactivate.
E-mailThe email of agent.
Method Type

There are two types to count the commission for agent.

By Profit: Profit is the amount that your business earns after subtracting its expenses from its gross revenue.

By Revenue: The revenue is the money a company receives during a particular financial period.

CommissionCommission of agent. It counted depened on the Method Type.
Frequency TypeThe schedule to count and send commission for agent: Daily, Weekly and Monthly.
Login UsernameUsername is used to login.
User PasswordPassword is used to login.
Portal Edit PermissionEnable permission to edit record on agent portal.

Filling in all required field then click on the Submit button to save.
