This section is used to configure the archive setting for CDR & PCAP.

This data can be stored and kept by record with archiving it on different mediums like Storage devices, Servers etc.


You can go on this option by clicking on Configuration → CDR & PCAP Archive Setting

Below displayed window will appear.

Let’s see how to setup the archive configuration step by step.

 

Remote Storage

Here you can select remote storage option as displayed in above picture,

You get two options for storage,

  • FTP Server
  • Google Storage

 How to setup the Remote Storage,

Firstly we will see,

FTP Server

Field

Details

FTP IP

IP of the FTP Server.

FTP Username

Login credential Username for logging in.

FTP Password

Login credential Password for logging in.

Click on the SUBMIT button to save the FTP Server

Same applies for the SFTP Server too.


Other option of Remote Storage is,

Google Storage

For setting up the Google Storage, you have to enter the Google Key.


Storage Duration

Here you can select the duration for storage sync.

As displayed in the picture above,

This option gives flexibility to choose to store data for how much days of CDR’s you want to store and for how much days you want that data to keep stored.

By checking the box you can select the option for selecting duration for CDR & PCAP Storage.


Archive Setting

CDR Archive setting:-

This section allows you to set the storage setting for CDR.

Here we can set both FTP Server & Google Cloud Storage.

Fields

Description

Enable CDR Archive

Here you can choose the storage option from dropdown.

Archive CDR Frequency (days)

Here you can choose the frequency of days for sync of data.

Number of days to keep in Storage

Here you can choose for how much days you want to keep data in storage

FTP Server

IP of the FTP Server.

FTP Port

Port of the FTP Server.

FTP User

Login credential Username for logging in.

FTP Password

Login credential Password for logging in.

FTP Path

Enter FTP Path to map with FTP Server

 

Fill all the required fields with the help of above mentioned table.


CDR Archive setting using Google Cloud Storage

Fields

Description

Enable CDR Archive

Here you can choose the storage option from dropdown.

Archive CDR Frequency (days)

Here you can choose the frequency of days for sync of data.

Number of days to keep in Storage

Here you can choose for how much days you want to keep data in storage

Google Project Name

Enter the Google Cloud Project Name

Google Token

Enter the Google Access Token for Authentication.


Fill all the required fields with the help of above mentioned table.


And now the last thing you have to set is PCAP Archival,


PCAP Archival

PCAP Archival setting:-

This section allows you to set the storage setting for PCAP.

There are different options to set Storage type for PCAP Archival.

  • Local Storage
  • Remote storage via SCP
  • FTP Server
  • Google Drive

 

Local Storage

You can select local storage options like Hard Drive etc

You can select Local Storage in the storage type option,

By entering Local Path you can link system attached local storage device for storing PCAP.


Remote storage via SCP

It is a program for copying files using SSH Protocol.

Field

Description

Storage Type

Here you can choose storage type from dropdown and select Remote Storage via SCP.

Remote Server IP

Here you can enter Server IP of SCP.

Remote Server Port

Here you can enter Server Port of SCP.

Storage Path

Here you can enter Storage Path of SCP.

Username

Login credential Username for logging in.

Password

Login credential Password for logging in.


You can enter SCP details with the help of table displayed above.


PCAP Archival via FTP

Fields

Description

Storage Type

Here you can choose storage type from dropdown and select FTP.

FTP IP

IP of the FTP Server.

FTP Port

Port of the FTP Server.

Storage Path

Here you have to enter the Storage Path.

Username

Login credential Username for logging in.

Password

Login credential Password for logging in.


You can enter FTP details with the help of table displayed above.


PCAP Archival via Google Drive

You can select Google Drive in the storage type option,

By entering Google Drive Key, you can link google drive for PCAP Archival.


As above explained all the methods you can enter and click on SUBMIT buton to save changes.
