A user is a person who utilizes a computer or network service

This section is used to manage all the users and agents who are allowed to access the system

You can go on this option by clicking on Configuration → User

Below displayed window will appear

There are two type of users you can create and they can manage the system

  • System User

  • Carrier User

System User

System User is the user who is allowed to manage the system and create number of Carrier user on the system

Column Name

Description

User Name

The username which is used to login the system

User Type

The type of user

Role Name

The role of the user

Last Login Time

The last time when the user login to the system

Last Seen

The last time when the user is seen

Action

The action performed on the system user

 

We will see buttons used on the window with description

Button

Description

This button is used to activate/deactivate the system user

This button is used to reset the password for the system user

This button is used to edit the system user

This button is used to send password reset link

This button is used to delete the system user

This button is used to select the field which the search function will query on

This button is used to set the total of records per a page

This button is used to select the column which will be shown/hidden

This button is used to go to next, previous page It is also used to go to the specific page by clicking on the number of page

Carrier User

Carrier User is the user who can login the system and allowed to manage particular actions

Column Name

Description

User Name

The username which is used to login the system

Carrier Name

The name of the carrier who is allotted access

User Type

The type of user

Last Login Time

The last time when the user login to the system

Created On

The date of the account creation

Action

The action performed on the system user

This button is used to activate/deactivate the system user

This button is used to edit the system user

This button is used to delete the system user

This button is used to select the field which the search function will query on

This button is used to set the total of records per a page

This button is used to select the column which will be shown/hidden

This button is used to go to next, previous page It is also used to go to the specific page by clicking on the number of page

This button is used to create a new carrier

This button is used to delete all the carrier users

This button is used to activate all the carrier users

This button is used to deactivate all the carrier users

 How to create a new Carrier User

To create a new carrier user, click on Create New button,

Below displayed window will appear,

Field Name

Description

Username

The username is used to login to the system

Password

The password is used to login to the system

Confirm Password

The password confirmation

Full Name

The full name of the user

Last Name

The last name of user

Email

The email of the user

Carrier

Select the carrier whom to assign for carrier user

Active Checkbox

Checkbox to activate or deactivate the carrier user

Permissions

In this sections you can permit the user by filling the checkbox which section a user can access for example Management, Billing & Reports

Filling in all required field then click on the Submit button to save

Online User

This tab displays the users who are online whether they are system user or carrier user,

By clicking on the online user tab you can see the list of user who are online.

Admin can Deactivate, Edit or Reset Password for each user on this tab in Action column

Non Active User

This tab displays the users who are not logged in the system or their account has been deactivated

By clicking on the non-active user tab you can see the list of user who are not active or deactivated

Admin can Activate, Edit, Reset Password or Delete for each user on this tab in Action column

Agent List

This tab is used to manage the list of agents on the system

Name of the agent

Email of the agent

Commission

Commission of agent It counted depends on the Method Type

Method

Type of method ie By Profit or By Revenue

Frequency

Schedule to send commission for agent

Update On

The last date/time when the agent is updated

Update By

The last person who update the agent

Action

To make action on the user like activate, delete etc

This button is used to edit the agent

This button is used to manage all the clients who assigned for this agent Click on this button, admin will be redirected to the agent assignment tab

This button is used to delete the agent

This button is used to input the keyword to query

This button is used to set the total of records per a page

This button is used to select the column which will be shown/hidden

This button is used to go to next, previous page It is also used to go to the specific page by clicking on the number of page
