This option provides a fast option to create the customer, vendor, their trunks, rates and routing on a single window instead of using 5 windows for different actions.

We will see the steps one by one in detail,

To go to this option, click on Termination → Termination Wizard

Below displayed window will appear.

1st Step – Vendor

Fields

Description

Vendor Options

Vendor Wizard provides different options to create vendor i.e.

  • New Vendor : Select this option to create a new vendor.
  • New Vendor with Template : Select this option to create a new vendor using template.
  • Existing Vendor : Continue the further process by selecting existing vendor.

Vendor Name

Enter the name of the vendor

Main Email

Enter the company email or main email of company here

NOC Email

Enter the Network Operation Centre Email here

Billing Email

Enter the email of company billing department

Rates Email

Enter the email which is used for sending rates i.e. Rates Department Email

Company Name

Enter the name of company here

Address

Enter the address of the company’s location

Account Details

Company account related information

After filling all the fields click on NEXT to proceed to next step or EXIT to cancel the wizard setup.

2nd Step – Vendor Trunk

Fields

Description

Trunk Option

Vendor Trunk Wizard provides different options to create trunk i.e.

  • New Trunk : Select this option to create a new trunk.
  • New Trunk with Template : Select this option to create a new trunk using template.
  • Existing Trunk : Continue the further process by selecting existing trunk.

Trunk Name

Enter the name of trunk

Authorization Type

Authorization to register using IP, it gives 3 options to authorize i.e.

  • Authorized by Host Only
  • Authorized by SIP Registration
  • Register to Gateway

After selecting any one of them you have to fill the criteria as per selection like IP address, host, port, username, pass etc.

Rate Table Name

Select the rate table or you can create new by clicking on + icon.

After filling all the fields click on NEXT to proceed to next step.

3rd Step – Add Route

This section is used to create routing for the vendor trunk which we have created earlier,

you can choose Route Type i.e. Dynamic & Static

You can choose which route type you need you can select any one,

You can choose to create a new route type or choose an existing route to point the trunk

Select Routing Rules for Dynamic and assign Vendor & its Trunks,

Select Vendor & its Trunks for Static too,

For more information regarding Dynamic & Static route please refer to Dynamic Routing & Static Routing Section,

After selecting the Route, you can proceed to the NEXT step

4th Step – Add Customer

Description

Ingress Customer Option

Customer Wizard provides different options to create customer i.e.

  • New Customer : Select this option to create a new customer.
  • New Customer with Template : Select this option to create a new customer using template.
  • Existing Customer : Continue the further process by selecting existing customer.

Customer Name

Enter the name of the customer

Main Email

Enter the company email or main email of company here

Billing Email

Enter the email of company billing department

Rates Email

Enter the email which is used for sending rates i.e. Rates Department

NOC Email

5th Step – Customer Trunk

Add Routing & Tech PrefixEnter Tech Prefix, Select Rate Table & Routing Plan

After filling all the fields click on SUBMIT button to complete the wizard.

After completing wizard you can go to different options like Client, Vendor, Route Plan and check the setup has been applied there and your customer, vendor has been created and route plan has been applied.
