To setup a Client & Send Traffic, You have to start with creating a new Client.
To create a New Client, Go to Termination → Client
Below displayed window will appear.

To Create a New Client, Click on Create New button on the above displayed window, New Client window will appear,

You have to start by entering Basic Information’s.
Basic Info
As you can see in above displayed window you have to enter basic info with the help of table below.
Field Name | Description |
Name | You have to enter the name of the client. |
Type | Type of account i.e. by default set as Client. |
Main Email | You have to enter the company email or main email of company here. |
NOC Email | You have to enter the Network Operation Centre Email here. |
Status | You can select the status of client i.e. Active/Inactive. |
Call Limit | You can set the limit of calls of Client at a time. |
CPS Limit | You can set the Call Per Second Limit of Client. |
Mode | Payment mode of the client.

Allowed Credit | You can set the credit limit for the client here. |
Min. Profitability | You can set the Minimum of profitability value here |
By entering all the fields, click on NEXT button to proceed to the next section.
Next section is Company Info.
Company Info
You have to enter the company information’s here.

Fields | Description |
Company Name | Enter the name of company here. |
Billing Email | Enter the email of company billing department. |
Address | Enter the address of the company’s location. |
By entering all the fields, click on NEXT button to proceed to the next section.
Next section is Automatic Report.
Automatic Report
You can enable the daily reports by checking the box.

Time Zone | Select the Time Zone which will be applied on selected Time. | ||||
Recipient | Select the receiver of report from dropdown i.e. My Billing, Partner Billing or Both. | ||||
Daily Usage Summary | Check this checkbox to receiver daily usage summary.

Daily Balance Summary | By checking this box client will receive the daily balance details like how much used and remaining. | ||||
Daily CDR Generation | By checking this box client will receive daily CDR’s. | ||||
Payment Received Alert | By checking this box client will receive alert when their payment is received and updated in switch. | ||||
Zero Balance Notification | By checking the box client will be notified that they have used their balance and their account is zero now. |
By entering all the fields, click on NEXT button to proceed to the next section.
Next section is Short Call Charge.
Short Call Charge
By checking the box Enable Short Call Charge, below displayed window will appear.

You can set the short call charge as per your need for the client.
By entering all the fields, click on NEXT button to proceed to the next section.
Next section is Auto Invoice.
Auto Invoice
By checking the box, you can enable the auto invoice for client, below displayed window will appear.

Fields | Description |
Invoice Settings | Select the invoice pattern created in the system, you can create your own Invoice setup on Invoice Setting Page. |
Payment Terms | Select the Payment term like Daily, Weekly, Monthly etc. You can create different payment terms on Payment Term Page. |
Invoice Format | Select the Invoice Format. It can be PDF or HTML. |
Time Zone | Select the Time Zone which will be applied to Auto Invoice for Client. |
Rate Decimal Value | Select the Rate Decimal for all the values in the Invoice. |
Rate Value | Select the Rate Value in Invoice, It can be Actual Value or Average Value. |
Generate Invoice for Non-Zero value only | Select Yes or No whether you want to generate invoice for Non Zero values. |
Below are also some different options you can enable them by clicking on the checkbox which will be included in the invoice like tax, Rate Table, Trunks, Summary of payment etc.
By entering all the fields, click on NEXT button to proceed to the next section.
Next section is Self Service Portal.
Self Service Portal
This section is used to configure User Interface Web Portal for Client to Login.
Here in the portal client can login and check reports as given permissions like to view CDR, Balance, Reports etc.

Field | Description |
Username | Set Username for client to login to the portal. |
Password | Set Password for client to login to the portal. |
Permissions | By checking on the different permissions checkbox, Client will have access to those sections like CDR’s List, Reports, Invoices etc as shown in the window displayed above. |
By entering all the fields, click on NEXT button to proceed to the next section.
Next section is Notification Setting.
Notification Setting
By checking on the Enable Notification Box, Client will get different notifications like Low balance alert.

You can set the low balance notification, you can set the how much balance is left when so it will notify the client.
You can set notification time like Daily or Hourly and at what time of the day.
Also you can choose whether you want to send the trunk details too.
After filling all the sections with required fields, Click on SUBMIT button to save.
New Client will be created.
Welcome Letter Popup will appear, you can choose YES or NO whether you want to send Welcome Letter.
After this NEW INGRESS Trunk PAGE will appear. Ingress Trunk is used as Client's Trunk.

You can create new one by clicking on the icon. |
Filling out all parameters and click on SUBMIT button to save the Client's Trunk will be created and it is ready to send traffic just don't forget to choose Rate Table & Routing Plan.
