This is a customer account where all the necessary function related to customer is done.

Customer List

This section is used to manage all the customer account on the system,

To open client’s list click on Termination → Client

Below displayed window will appear.

Description

Name

Name of the Customer

Company

The company name of the Customer

Terms

Payment Term of the Customer i.e. Prepay & Postpaid.

Balance

Available Balance of Customer

Credit

Credit Limit assigned to the Customer

Trunks

Total trunks assigned to the Customer, click on this number, the user will be redirected to the Inbound Trunk page

Action

Action to be performed on the Customer

Button

Description

This button is used to create a new Customer account

This button is used to activate the selected Customer’s account

This button is used to deactivate the selected Customer’s account

This button is used to reset the balance of selected Customer’s account

This button is used to delete selected Customer's account

This button is used to deactivate the account

This button is used to activate the account

This button is used to send low balance alert to the Customer

This button is used to send the welcome letter to the Customer

This button is used to reset the balance of the Customer

This button is used to log in to the Customer portal

This button is used to change the password of the Customer account

This button is used to save the Customer's information as template

This button is used to edit the Customer’s information

This button is used to delete the Customer’s account

This button is used to set the total records per page

This button is used to select the column which will be shown/hidden

This button is used to go to next, previous page It is also used to go to the specific page by clicking on the number of page

Field Name

Company

Search with the name of Customer's company name

Status

Search by status of the Customer:

  • All Active: Display all Customers having Active Status
  • All Inactive: Display all Customers having Inactive Status

Terms

Search by payment terms of the Customer

  • Prepay:  It is the way you have to pay and get your account recharged to use
  • Postpaid: It is the way that you have to pay after using

Customer Limit

It is used to set the limits for customer trunk's like Credit Limit, Call Limit & CPS Limit.

Action button to edit the limits

Host

In this section you can view host ie IP, trunks & limit of customer.

In this section you can search for Customer & their trunks HOST

Click on Host tab, below displayed window will appear

Create New By Template

It can be used to create a Customer in a faster way, Values are already saved in it,

You can customize the templates and create different templates according to your need, for creating templates for Customer please refer to Template -> Customer Template

As displayed in below window option Create New By Template  , Click on it to create by template.


How to create a New Customer

To create a new Customer, click on Termination -> Client

Customer List page will appear, click on Create New button

You have to start by entering Basic Information’s

Basic Info

As you can see in above displayed window you have to enter basic info with the help of table below

Name

You have to enter the name of the Customer

Type

Type of account ie by default set as Customer

Main Email

You have to enter the company email or main email of company here

NOC Email

You have to enter the Network Operation Centre Email here

Status

You can select the status of Customer i.e. Active/Inactive

Call Limit

You can set the limit of calls of Customer at a time

CPS Limit

You can set the Call Per Second Limit of Customer

Mode

Payment mode of the Customer

  • Prepaid: It is the way you have to pay and get your account recharged to use
  • Postpaid: It is the way that you have to pay after using

Test Credit

You can set the test credit/credit limit for the Customer account here

Min Profitability

You can set the Minimum profit value or percent 

By entering all the fields, click on NEXT button to proceed to the next section

Next section is Company Info

Company Info

You have to enter the company information’s here

Enter the name of company here

Billing Email

Enter the email of company's billing department

Rates EmailEnter the email of company's rates department
Tax IDEnter the Tax ID of the company

Address

Enter the address of the company’s location

By entering all the fields, click on NEXT button to proceed to the next section

Next section is Automatic Report

Automatic Report

You can enable the daily customer reports by checking the box

Timing of automatic report generation on daily basis

Time Zone

Select the Time Zone which will be applied on selected Time

Recipient

Select the receiver of report from dropdown i.e. My Billing, Partner Billing or Both

Daily Usage Summary

Check this checkbox to receive daily usage summary

Non Zero Only

By checking the checkbox Customer will receive only usage reports of connected calls

Group By

Daily reports will be grouped by,

  • By Country
  • By Code Name
  • By Code

You can select anyone of them from dropdown

Daily Balance Summary

By checking this box, Customer will receive the daily balance usage details like how much used and remaining

Enable Sign In NotificationBy checking this box, Customer will receive Email Notification of Signing In when they login to Customer Portal

Daily CDR Generation

By checking this box, Customer will receive daily CDR’s.

By entering all the fields, click on NEXT button to proceed to the next section

Next section is Short Call Charge

By checking the box Enable Short Call Charge, below displayed window will appear

You can set the short call charge as per your need for the Customer

By entering all the fields, click on NEXT button to proceed to the next section

Next section is Auto Invoice

Auto Invoice

By checking the box, you can enable the auto invoice for Customer, below displayed window will appear

Description

Invoice Settings

Select the invoice pattern created in the system, you can create your own Invoice setup on Invoice Setting Page

Payment Terms

Select the Payment term like Daily, Weekly, Monthly etc You can create different payment terms on Payment Term Page

Invoice Format

Select the Invoice Format, It can be PDF or HTML

Time Zone

Select the Time Zone which will be applied to Auto Invoice for Customer

Generate AtSelect the Time when Auto Invoice will get generated

Rate Decimal Value

Select the Rate Decimal for all the values in the Invoice

Rate Value

Select the Rate Value in Invoice, It can be Actual Value or Average Value.

Generate Invoice for Non-Zero value only

Select Yes or No whether you want to generate invoice for Non Zero values only or for Zero values too.

Below are also some different options you can enable them by clicking on the checkbox which will be included in the invoice like tax, Rate Table, Trunks, Summary of payment etc

By entering all the fields, click on NEXT button to proceed to the next section,

Next section is Self Service Portal

Self Service Portal

This section is used to configure User Interface Web Portal for Customer to Login

Here in the portal Customer can login and check reports as given permissions like to view CDR, Balance, Reports etc

Set Username for Customer to login to the portal

Set Password for Customer to login to the portal

Permissions

By checking on the different permissions checkbox, Customer will have access to those sections like CDR’s List, Reports, Invoices etc as shown in the window displayed above

By entering all the fields, click on NEXT button to proceed to the next section,

Next section is Notification Setting

Notification Setting

By checking on the Enable Notification Box, Customer will get different notifications like Low balance alert

You can set the low balance notification, you can set the how much balance is left when so it will notify the Customer, Limits can be imposed on Balance & Credit Limit both,

You can set notification time to be sent through email like Daily or Hourly and at what time of the day,

Also to choose for how many days notification should be sent and disable trunks after how many days.

Payment Received Alert

By checking this box, Customer will receive alert when their payment is received and updated in switch

Zero Balance Notification

By checking the box, Customer will be notified that they have used their balance and their account is zero now

After filling all the sections with required fields, Click on SUBMIT button to save.

Customer Account will get created successfully.
